Job Description

We are looking for a contract to hire Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Operations Team. While this role will have full-time hours (1099 contract position), there is a strong potential for continued FT salaried employment. 

You will work directly with hiring managers across all departments, manage our offshore team and lead the full-cycle recruiting process. You will be able to implement processes and systems to enable us to have the most effective and efficient recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
  • Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up
  • Continuously partner with recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies
  • Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements
  • Ability to successfully meet hiring timelines

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience in recruiting, sourcing and/or hiring 
  • Proven success in LinkedIn and email lead generation
  • Experience in fast-paced, growing companies
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and adversity 
  • Skillset to create candidate buy-in and inclusion within hiring process
  • Success in closing roles within a 30-45 day timeline

This role is remote flexible. We are located on South Congress Ave (next door to Allen’s Boots!) and would love to have you in the office occasionally, but no relocation necessary.
