Head of Marketing
We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to define and execute strategic marketing initiatives for Rank Math, the popular WordPress SEO plugin.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with sales and revenue goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of 5 marketing experts in SEO, content, video, and communication.
- Plan and execute data-driven campaigns across multiple channels.
- Optimize user onboarding and customer journey to drive product adoption.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring ROI.
- Collaborate with the affiliate and partnerships team to improve product positioning and drive sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and user feedback to inform marketing efforts.
- Analyze performance metrics and present insights and recommendations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in marketing SaaS/tech/ecommerce products on a global scale.
- Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
- Experience leading and managing high-performing teams.
- Familiarity with the WordPress ecosystem is a plus.
